20 Feb Breakfast of Champions
Steak for breakfast? I love steak any time of the day. I usually have this meal post workout, theres nothing better than steak and eggs after a heavy lifting session and the hash browns give it just the right amount of carbs to aid in glycogen replacement.
1 medium potato
Salt and pepper
Grate the potato and fry on medium heat in a little coconut oil, sprinkle both sides with some salt and pepper.
Griddle the steak and fry the eggs in salted butter.
Done! Looking forward to this one today after my workout!
